The Translational Genomics Lab (TGL) performs nucleic acid quality control on the following material types. Our quality control protocol uses about 3 µL of sample.

If possible, please send samples with at least 10-15 µL to ensure there is enough sample remaining after quality control to perform downstream genomic assays.

Our Laboratory Management System (LIMS) and freezers are designed to accept individually labeled tubes. If possible, please avoid submitting samples in tube strips or plates.
