Lauren Lux, LCSW, is the Adolescent and Young Adult Program Director with the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. She will join us to discuss practical strategies that may be used by family members, friends, and the community at large to support the needs of adolescents and young adults with cancer.

12th Annual UNC Conference on Melanoma and Complex Skin Cancers: A Multidisciplinary Perspective

The incidence of melanoma continues to rise rapidly in this country. Increasingly, the management of the melanoma patient requires multiple healthcare providers. This course is specifically designed for a multidisciplinary view of the care of the melanoma patient. The course faculty will examine common clinical issues which often confront the clinician and provide information that will help in their clinical decision making.
