Healing yoga: A slow-paced, deeply relaxing class for people touched by cancer

Yoga reduces stress, improves, insomnia, decreases fatigue and eases the side effects of cancer treatment.

Join us for a slow-paced, deeply relaxing class for all people touched by cancer and their caregivers. People of all experience and fitness levels are welcome including beginner and experienced yoga students.

Our yoga teachers are trained and experienced to work with people at all phases of the cancer journey. Come experience: a sense of wellbeing and reduced stress, increased energy, flexibility, and strength, all with a certified yoga instructor who specializes in yoga for cancer patients, and a community of people who understand.

Yoga is held weekly on Wednesday from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at the Get Real & Heel facility in Chapel Hill, NC.

Remote Yoga

Patients and survivors enrolled in yoga can continue their workouts from home.

Sessions are held over Zoom video on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 – 11:30 a.m.
